Good thing you communicated that so well to the users, as I had months of trouble on my checkout page and couldn’t find the cause of it. Until I noticed that on the staging site everything was working well with shortcode instead of blocks. But heads up would have been nice.

I do not use the free version but the paid for version, I am pleased with the plugin.

I am not an internet wizard I get by, I do not understand anything about the robot text file you are explaining to me, but I checked the url you gave me with of course my domain. No file there. But you say it is automatically added then I take your word for that.

I am able to add IP addresses, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Since your answer the pestering has stopped and several bots fell in the black hole, so the plugin functions well.

I checked the robot file , it is not there, I created one with the given lines in the settings, I upload that to the main directory of my website?

There is a bot list in the plugin, I add an IP address there but it still is able to put items in the cart.

I understand that it doesn’t block all bots. Apparently not, as I have one bugging me and just put item in the cart and go on to the next item making a mess.

Yes you are right. The setting was single total and I set it to itemized. I tested it out on the staging site and indeed the name in the invoice changed. Will do some more testing for other countries next week with VPN when another plugin with geolocation goes into the testing phase.

That is strange, I am on the demo version and I asked Ewout a fellow country man some questions a while ago, and he told me that for the free version I have to use the Forum and now you are telling me that the forum doesn’t answer support questions as well. I am a very small business and I do not need the premium version that is overkill.

So where do I direct my questions now?

I use a plugin WP-lister for ebay listings. They are looking into it now as well and asked for the invoice plugin I use, so they can look in the code there if something conflicts.
