I’m not sure I understand what you want to achieve.
1.) Do you mean that it is one course, that starts on 01/21/14 and ends on 02/25/14.
2.) Or is it a one-day course that is held every day from 01/21/14 to 02/25/14 and the attendee can choose which day to attend?
If it is option 2.) I guess the best option would be to actually put in every individual date manually.
There is no support for option 1.) in the plugin today, but it’s definitely a good idea and I will consider it for the next version of the plugin. (however, I have no set time plan for that to happen…)
