the review is valid – this is feedback on a genuine issue. I have taken it up with the provider and this is a review of that support experience.
there is no dispute, I have given up on getting anything back from it – but feel it’s important that people can see that the support outlook of the provider is so inclined.
Likewise the support issue is to flag a genuine issue with the plugin, and highlight that issue exists and is otherwise undocumented.
So I genuinely believe both should be allowed to stand
