This error was not a 404 page error, which is the error that pages cannot be accessed. Or it was not about the uploaded images that are already being loaded over https.

I am adding 2 images below. For some reason, the address of the background image in a css selection in the theme starts with http. That’s why I get “not safe” warnings on some pages, while there are no problems on some pages.

The Google index problem had nothing to do with it, but I would still like to solve this problem, since the web site belongs to a person with whom I help.

In the meantime, the theme, plugins and WP are up-to-date.

I looked at the files from the backups but not databases. I realized that there is WPML plugin inside en (English) folder. (en/wp-content/plugin)

What should I do ? I’m importing the files and databases right now. I wonder will there be problems? Because I (actually site owner) was entering via one admin panel to translate the contents. But there are 2 WordPress folders (wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes) and databases. Also the plugins are different inside second files.

No, not via a plugin. Only manually via Cpanel.

If there is no plugin like social share or share this in the plugin page then the social media icons may be built in the theme. If so you should edit single.php in theme floder.

Ok, I got it. While you publish your recipe content post you should tick “recipe” category (if there is not a category then create one). maybe you may add some keywords to it. You can see keywords adding section and specifying category section on right side. And later when you add menu items you must add recipe menu as category not page.

And please try this : connect your ftp. preview wp-content folder and change Chmod permission of it as 755.

Why don’t you do this using Ftp softwares like Filezilla to upload and install WordPress ? Believe me it is very easy. Upload the WordPress files and edit wp-config.php file.

And I am sorry but are you sure you installed the correct files? I couldn’t understand why there is a folder named promotions ! ??

I think if you set a post’s publishing date to tomorrow then you and your visitor (so the students ?? ) can’t preview that post.

To sorting the posts by date you can use calendar widget already built in Wordpres.

Don’t worry. If your worpdress files was deleted your database file isn’t deleted. Be sure you can reach out it in the cpanel belonging your site.

Download wordpress files again (www.ads-software.com) and edit wp-config file according to database info. That’s it.

You may be using inaccurate theme. Did you try asking theme creator ?
And of course you know don’t upload files bigger than 2mb

You can write your website here and the forum users analyze your website.
There is rudely two content type : post and page. If you create a page then that page doesn’t view on homepage. And if you create a post that post may view on homepage of course unless you use a corporate theme.

I think you will publish recipres one by one in your site. Then you must create post. And viewing that post on homepage is not bad.

Nevertheless If you want a special homepage go Settings / Readind and specify a homepage page and blog page.

Hello. I lived the same things several times. What a pity that yes, it may happen unless you get more security steps.

* change your ftp and wordpress admin panel passwords
* scan your computer with anti-virüs and anti-spyware softwares.
* use the last version of WordPress, theme and plugins.
* use the last version of Filezilla and do not save ftp passwords on Filezilla.
* you may think about changing your hosting provider.
* And finally and the most important do use a security plugin.
