Update: After reading this thread

And watching the video in the WP dashboard (Dashboard> AWS> Alexa Integration) I learned that I had not checked the box for “Enable Text-To-Speech (Amazon Polly)” at the end of any blog posts, therefore the RSS feed was not valid- no audio files existed.

Hopefully, this helps anyone else experiencing this problem

I tried with and without the / at the end, and receive the same error on both occasions
