Hi Alison8,
I had the same problem. Solved it by amending the iframe code to the required width.
However, it’s not mobile responsive ??
<iframe style=”border: 0;” src=”https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=…” width=”700″ height=”600″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>

In reply to: [Hemingway] Side bar not displaying in mobileSorry, Mike ??
Changing Line 2183 to /*.sidebar{display:none;}*/ worked for me.
All it’s doing is commenting that line out.
Maybe Anders will respond soon.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Side bar not displaying in mobileThis has worked for me. Yay ??
In Section 14. Responsive, set .sidebar{display:none;} to /*.sidebar{display:none;}*/
It is on line 2183 for me.
Your sidebar should appear below the main page body in mobile view.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Side bar not displaying in mobileHi Mike,
This has been raised a few times now. But I can’t seem to find the old threads ??
In older versions, there was an override you can put in via Appearance > Editor. See Section 14. Responsive. It used to work for my site but it doesn’t anymore.
So, I’d also be very interested to hear what everyone thinks!

Excellent.
I’m sure Anders (the author) had his design reasons.
Hi Emer
Your sidebar is showing on my mobile device (iOS; Chrome).
There is an override you can use (see here).
Perhaps you have implemented already?
Herman

In reply to: [Hemingway] Your theme is not responsiveI’ve just replicated your issue.
https://www.foma.org.uk on a mobile device is no longer responsive.
However, I’m not sure if this is why! All I did was delete the cache from the WP Super Cache plugin.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Your theme is not responsivehttps://www.foma.org.uk also looks difference in preview versus live. Specifically, it is ignoring the no sidebar override, but it is responsive overall.
I’m checking other settings, because I do have some memory of something similar happening on our site also.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Your theme is not responsiveThat is strange.
Under Appearance > Customise, are the different viewing modes in the bottom left corner responsive?
Very nice site. I’m afraid it looks like you’re more advanced. We use static pages more at foma.org.uk.
It may well be buried deep in the customiseable css. That’s where I would try to look because there isn’t a setting for it from what I can tell.
What is your website?
I’m afraid I don’t understand what you mean.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Sidebar non shown on mobileExcellent ??
Glad you’ve cracked it. I’m also relatively new to this and love the theme too. It has its limitations (I still can’t figure out how to centre align inside the widgets!) but has a nice and clean feel.
You’re most welcomed.
