I discovered something new, the mobile menu button does only drop down when I am logged in. Currently I’m logged in as admin. I’ll have to test logging in as another user role if that makes a difference. But when I’m not logged in at all, the drop down doesn’t occur. Again this is on mobile.

OMG that totally fixed it! Thanks for being so clear. Even the resaving the page was necessary. Thank you again
