Same issue, did you ever figure this out?

I was looking for something like this and couldn’t find anything so I wrote my first plugin. If anyone is interested email me and i’ll send it to you.

Most likely that empty categories aren’t shown if I remember correctly.

me too. Only happens in firefox, but it’s definitely on my list to fix! Thanks for the feedback.
