I tried using the plugin on my localhost and it’s working fine. I am using the latest version of WordPress which is 4.2.2. I am assuming you are talking about the border-radius when you said right-side settings.

I can only think of one reason the might cause the problem.

– You might have inserted “px” in the border-radius box. You only have to enter the number of the border-radius that you want.

If you can allow me to look at the problem on your server, I will fix it for you.

Find that line and you can adjust the number “50” to get your desired position.

you can go to your files -> wp-plugins -> atomic penguins hover effect -> js -> mind_blown.js file.

The end result in your page actually depends on the css for that page. The admin panel and the web page renders different css so it might need a little bit of tweaking. But we are working on it and will update the plugin as soon as we get it done.
