I have reinstalled the core files several times. There is no error in the site health or logs. Debug mode does not provide any information either.

The problem lies in the wp_usermeta file and I don’t have the knowledge to fix this.

I have been using this plugin since 2017. It is very disappointing that you cannot assist.

There is obviously something wrong with the latest version of WPCasa and WPCasa Ninja Forms. I should not have to fiddle with code to make it work for me.

If I purchase your premium support package, will you be able to resolve this?

Hello, I only saw your response now.

When I create a new user, an email arrives showing that the username and email address is blank. Looking at users in the WordPress dashboard, half the user’s info is missing. Looking at the SQL wp_user all the user info is there. So I cannot figure out what is going on?

In the text editor where the listing details are typed out, the shortcode for Ninja Forms is inserted below the text as [ninja_form id=1] in the text editor. It works perfectly with the previous version of WPCasa.
