As I’ve said previously, disabling the plugins doesn’t resolve the issue. The theme seems to be the issue. I contacted the Theme support but they point me to Jetpack as you can see in their response.

Is there something else you know of that I can try?

You may need to contact the creators of the Jetpack plugin and let them know about this error.

It looks like it has to do with the theme after all. I have used “All in one WP migration” to move the site to a testing URL and when disabling all the plugins the banner would still not go away, while when I enabled the plugins and chose a standard theme, the banner closed.

Is this something I should contact the theme support about or is this still something Jetpack would need to fix?

I’m using X theme.

The only thing that strikes me as weird is that all my sites run on X theme, but only this one seems to have a problem.. how can that be?

I have over 20 other sites that have this banner and the exact same settings, yet somehow this is the only website with this issue.

I really don’t know how to solve it…

Sadly even when disabling all plugins except jetpack and using a default theme the issue remains. I tried this using Health Check and without, just by hand.

Is there anything else I can try?

Thanks for the effort! I have disabled and removed the plugin and talked to my hosting provider.

The issue, however doesn’t seem to be resolved with these actions. The banner still won’t go away. Is there something else that might be causing this issue?

For now I have installed a different plugin to add a photo gallery but for future sites it would be helpful to know if this is a solvable issue. I’ve turned the feature back on and disabled lazy loading.

The main problem is the main slider on the homepage, however it’s not pixelated because it’s been resized by the slider plugin, because when I turn off the option in Jetpack, the slider is perfect! I have turned the speed up image load time function off now so you can see the difference.

I’d love to hear if you might have an idea how to fix it!
