Google Photos do not create Shared Albums directly. The way it works is that we create the albums and then set the sharing option separately.

Can you please recheck?

I am having a similar issue. New albums are not visible.
I use W3 Total Cache and tried clearing several times and even disabling the plugin.

I couldn’t find Add to Library in Google Photos anywhere.

@sayontan Sinha – the only problem with this is that Photonic displays the post date in the collection rather than the Collection Title (in place of the album title).

Do you think you can get around this?

Ok Guys… Try this:

Log into Google+ using the same ID you use for Picasa.
Then Create a Collection and Make it Public. Add your photos.

Photonic should be able to display your album now.

having the same issue, unable to retrieve new albums added to Google Photos as the Public Share option is missing.

We are displaying multiple albums.. so adding shortcode for each album with key is not a viable option.

I read somewhere that max limit is changed to 20. I would be good to get 20 images if possible.

unfortunately, even the debug action wont work. the page would just refresh. there are no error message in the browser.

We have tried it on Chrome and Firefox and face same issue.

excerpts should be included with the title

Best to have;
ability to included full text – html in the email

doesn’t make much sense to have users subscribe to get just the title in the email.

actually, we only use the title and do not have any descriptions.

Because the titles are linked by default… when user clicks on them, it only shows the date..

I suggest, it would be a better UX if links are only added when descriptions are used.

I did import metadata and now see a lot more errors than a few before.

version 2.1 just doesnt work… and 2.0 login works, but next gen gallery short code doesnt…

Any way to get this to work?
