I figured out what the issue was. When I was cleaning up and changing some admin accounts I deleted mine (I had a backup) but it was assigned the keymaster role. So I removed the only keymaster there was and therefore I didn’t have the appropriate access to receive it on my dashboard.

I was advised to install the bbpack plugin and from there I was able to give myself keymaster access. Problem solved.

Note: have more than one keymaster to help with this issue.

Thanks so much for checking. Th reason it is probably working now is because I disabled Woocommerce. It seems the Woocommerce app is causing the issue. I think it’s something in the settings of the site somewhere.

We are using Dokan for vendors and the template is Revo by Themeforest.net

I was thinking the issues lies with Dokan because the forgot password for the BB Forum was redirecting to the vendor account page. Yes previously the wp-admin lost password was routing to the wishlist (which I thought was Woocommerce).

Someone else mentioned checking the YITH WooCommerce Wishlist. I was advised to check settings but I didn’t see anything that was obvious.

I checked in the Dokan plugin settings for vendors under the page settings for the vendor. Here’s an example:

I am lost at this point. I might have to just start the site over. I could restore to a previous backup but I am wondering if it’s malware and don’t want to risk not scrubbing the site.

I activated Woocomerce so if you can please check the lost passwords and or register links for the following pages:

https://www.bassinonabudget.com/wp-admin (this one is directing to the vendor accounts but it should be for the lost password for wordpress admin)

https://bassinonabudget.com/forum-register/ (forum register link links to the vendor account, which is for the marketplace but needs to be for the forum)

One thing I was wondering was the account set up options in wordpress like this, maybe that has something to do with it:

Basically I am confused at how to get all the different accounts to work without clashing with each other. There will be wordpress admins, bb forum users, and users who can become vendors to sell on this site.

It seems the lost passwords and register features are getting mixed up.

Sorry I meant the Woocommerce plug in. The issue disappears when woocommerce is not activated. It also comes back when the woocommerce plug is the only one activated.

Just checking to see if I can still respond. I did not conflict test but the issue occurs even if Woocommece is the only plug in activated so I still think it’s woocommerce.

Let me know if that makes sense or if my thought process is off.

So I found out that it’s the WordPress plugin. Any suggestions?

That’s because I deactivated all the plugins and I am testing it again. It must be a plugin I am testing them all now.

However, I disabled all the plug ins and logged out and back in and the warning disappeared. I will try adding them back in to test them out.

I ran the health check and it came back as good health.

Hmm. I deactivated that plugin and the issue is still there.

I’m just now seeing your message. I’ll be sure to remember checking the health of the site.

Also, I deactivated our plug-ins one by one and the issue was with the WP Hide & Security plug-in. It all works fine now.
