You can already use the PreHeader on your e-mail. The preheader is the first text in your campaign.

In Jackmail, you can click on the first block of text containing the web copy link and add your PreHeader before this content.

I think, for now, the best is to edit you contact list, by replace blank section where you need a name, by something else. You could still try to mention this column {name} and have the real names for somes, and subscriber for the others ??

It used to work but it seems they update the custom html so we have to start again developing something on it.

Indeed, you have to use the Custom HTML Form but leave it empty then, Jackmail will synchronize all the informations collected with Bloom ??

Désolé pour la réponse tardive, il semblerait que votre serveur ne puisse pas afficher les images de votre newsletter.
Par exemple: cette image: https://sequencepod.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/1-2-3-codez-livre-primaire-apprendre-a-coder.png génère une 403. Pouvez-vous vérifier que les droits sont OK ?
