1. Start your XAMPP setup by clicking the orange ‘xampp_start.exe’. Once it is working, click on link in the left side bar for phpmyadmin.
2. Create a database. It’s name does not matter. Be sure that the name you choose is the same as the one you have used in your ‘wp-config.php’ file.

Q: Where is this ‘link in the left side bar for phpmyadmin’ for creating the database??
