It does appear that we messed up an update and some people are seeing this issue. Please remove the files using FTP and re-install.

Once you do that everything will be fine.

The popup to edit/create recipe has an iframe in it. You can use your browsers developers tools to see what the URL of the broken iFrame is. That’ll give us a good start.

That sounds absolutely terrible! Can you send me an email at hello at ziprecipes.net . Let me know what you see when you edit an old post by going to Text tab in the editor and looking for a shortcode like this: [amd-zlrecipe-recipe: SOME_NUMBER_HERE]

These shortcodes should be unique to each recipe and post.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue with Zip Recipes.

It seems like what has happened is that your host has changed something on the server and the templates cannot be generated any longer.

Please ask them to make /zip-recipes/views/ writable. Sometimes when they move you to a new server or change things around, they break this.

That’s quite unusual!

Ensure Zip Recipes is active in Plugins.

If that’s the case, perhaps some other plugin is interfering with the JavaScript of Zip Recipes?

Also, what browser are you on?
