Yes I have checked on reactivating Async Javascript plugin and it still works so the issue must have been duplicate minification from AO and Fastest Cache.

But how can I improve my score on Defer parsing of JavaScript and Leverage browser caching scores in GTMetrix. Site speed has indeed gone down.

Thanks for your reply. I also reached out to AutoOptimize support and they suggested to tweak some JS minification settings that were common in my caching plugins and it seems to work now.

I will open another support request if I see this problem again.

1. Ok I unchecked those minify options and also deactivated Async Javascriopt plugin without any site speed issues and now the pixel seems to be firing correctly ?? But I still have not been able to see ther Pixel Event Activity in my Ads Manager: https://prnt.sc/gt50wt

2. I was using Async Javascript plugin along with AutOptimize for a further boost in page speed which has helped, as lots of people have suggested. Somehow, just Fastest Cache and AutoOptimize together didn’t help me cache enough and get my site speed down. If not, feel free to tell me which ideal combination of settings across these plugins will help my site’s performance.

you’re also using WP Fastest Cache’s minification features, this makes breakage more likely so disable all of WPFC’s minifiction when using AO

Update: It started working when I activated the option “Optimize JavaScript Code?” in AutoOptimize..

I’ll come back later and create another thread when I start usimg Elementor and see this problem again. For now, resolving this.

Sorry to interrupt here but I seem to be having the same problem. My contact form 7 submissions don’t fire a Lead event in the FB Pixel Helper Chrome extension, and most plugin support authors are pointing to your AutoOptimize plugin killing off some Javascript, or some conflict that breaks JS code.

My plugins are always up to date, so that’s not a problem.

As you suggested, I have seen that it works immediately on flushing the AutoOptimize cache or deactivating both AutoOptimize and Fastest Cache, but not after the site is cached again, so it is some issue with the caching plugin.

Can you please help troubleshooting on this issue?

I deactivated both AutoOptimize and my WP Fastest Cache plugins as you said to check, but still don’t see anything in the Pixel Caffeine plugin activity tracking graph, nor do I see any pixel actvity on Facebook Ad Manager.

Update: Just found that the Lead tracking works now ??

So, does this plugin automatically insert the relevant Base code in the header of my site, with my settings & custom coversions I have set up?

Yes I tried to see where it is duplicated and removed the Base Pixel code which I had manually inserted in the header of my website. I have also checked the page source code and the relevant event tracking code: fbq('track', 'Lead'); is there (so my Contact From 7 Submission DOM tracking plugin also seems to be working fine). But still I don’t see the “lead” event for contact form submits that I want in the Pixel helper chrome extension.

Can you clarify if this plugin automatically inserts the relevant code (both Base code fot standard Pageview events and my custom event code) automatically with my settings for custom coversions I have set up?
