I can confirm this issue. A PHP dev I asked looked at the code and said the problem lies here:

I don’t know enough to know what he thinks the problem is, but I wanted to pass the info along. Just to confirm, when using a custom taxonomy, any attempt to filter by tag or category returns no results.

Thank you for the update. The slider appears on the home page now.

I have also deactivated all my plugins and the slider still doesn’t appear on the home “shop” page.

I don’t think it’s an issue with the theme at all. When I switch the them to Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Twelve it has the same error.

If I change my woocommerce settings so that “Test Page” is the Shop page, the slider appears on the previous Shop page and disappears from the Test Page.

The theme was not conflicting. I was just making sure it wasn’t part of the problem.

Do you find the <script> code on the text page? I pasted the short code in both the exact same way.

I have not edited any of your plugin’s code.

I have tried other siders, but I am not currently using them and no other slider plugins are activated.

I thought my theme might be conflicting, so I reverted to the 2014 theme with the same problem.

I am using the default Woocommerce featured product shortcode for now, but you can see where I pasted your shortcode beneath that.

Is there any time I could schedule to make the plugin active so you could see it on the live store?

my store is active right now, so I only ad the shortcode to the home page if I know when you want to look at it. Otherwise there will be a big blank spot at the top of my store. Can you look at it later tonight? Just let me know a time.

I was using the shortcode inside the content.

Im super confused then, because as of the last update all of my Paypal confirmation emails are going to my secondary email and the transactions are being approved in eSHop.
