The TinyMCE plugin worked for me as well. Ensure you have checked the box at the bottom of the admin page for the plugin as specified by fishingfool and ebola.

I’d like to bump this as well.

It would be great if you could have a plugin that would allow you to specify whitepapers (pdfs) per page/pages/sections. Then track the number of downloads.

I’m having this same issue now with PageMash being the only plugin activated. WordPress 2.8.4 running on a local installation, WAMP server, Firefox 3.6, Windows 7 x64.

If it wasn’t an incompatibility with another plugin, what else could it be?
