You can install the Classic Editor plugin below to disable it, avoiding the problem.

A JS conflict from a 3rd party plugin or theme might cause that.

Try the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all other plugins aside from BB, and see if the issue goes away. Then reactivate each one until you find out the culprit plugin.

Feel free to share the plugin in question along with your next reply so we can test and see if it’s a bug that needs to be addressed. ??

The theme you’re using has styling which is preventing the fixed background from working.

Adding the snippet below should fix the issue. ??

.fl-builder article.hentry {
  transform: none;
}

All of the builder’s assets are stored under /wp-content/uploads/bb-plugin/cache/ so you might want to exclude that entire directory since the builder generates separate assets per layout.

I would also recommend using a single optimization plugin as stacking them almost always causes issues. ??

It looks like the site is still loading the jQuery library from your theme.

Can you try clearing WP Rocket’s cache or perhaps disable it temporarily and see if that helps? ??
