how can I connect with them to check whether they have my data save on their end too?

im using jannah 3 on my site. my footer is missing I don’t know when and how it happened.
please help in fixing.All my footer options are enabled but a few days ago my footer suddenly disappeared even though I did not update any plugin, theme, or WordPress version. And I think my footer has been overwrite because if I make any changes in the footer from the jannah theme footer options the changes get reverted back to before.
please reply as son as possible.
