    I really like the plugin, especially because I use my YubiKey on all my websites to login. However, today my client changed his phone, and as a result he has to reconfigure his Google Authenticator.

    As an admin I can go to his profile and try to disable the settings, although since I’m not logged into the client’s profile, the settings are not processed correctly.

    Next to this, the password needs to be changed every time you change something in the two-factor settings, which can be annoying.

    My workaround at the moment is as follows:
    – Login on your account
    – Generate a new password for the user
    – Disable all options and enable the dummy method, also make this primary and safe the profile.
    – Now the user can login again.

    * Drawback: somehow there is still a Google Authenticator connected so he can’t use a new one at the moment.

    I will change the email address in WP-Admin.

    The client changed his password for the email address so I will check the host for strange scripts as well.

    Thank you for looking. On what do you base this? Are the codes mentioned by Exploit Scanner nothing to worry about?

    The thing is, the client reported that spam mail is being send from their email address. The strange thing is that they do not have their email account configured at any mail program, they only login through webmail. I just do not know where to start looking. Maybe it is better just to clean the whole database and host, and install everything again.

    Ah I forgot to tell. The first website does not even have any email-addresses configured. Its just sending spam. The hosting company says the following: “The email-addresses are not sending spam, the spam is being sent from the website itself”.

    Concerning the other email-address, this one is only being used through the webclient of one.com. The client scanned her computer with Anti-Malwarebytes and nothing was found.

    I installed Twenty Fifteen, activated the theme and it worked on Chrome. When switching back to my current theme, everything worked again plus Chrome seemed to work. For now it is fine. Any idea what the problem might is?

    Hi, and thank you for the fast response. Unfortunately I’m unable to show you the example, because I’m working on it in a private area. However, it is very simple.

    I use the homepage as a static page where I put my iframe (760px in width). I use the left sidebar. In the theme the sidebar on the left side is not showing up when using a static page, but I managed to do so.

    I hope you have enough information in this way. Otherwise I will upload it to my host so I can show you.

    Hi Andrew,

    I just use the following code:

    Just so it appears, after I put it in the child theme, I can modify it for my needs.

    I had to modify the extras.php because I want the search form to appear in the Call For Action section. Normally you can place a piece of text here with a button. You can put that text there in the theme settings, but it doesn’t support HTML.

    Thats why I searched for the Call For Action in the editor, and I located it at extras.php.
    I to update the theme when I have to, so I made a child theme. But since extras.php is in the /inc folder, it’s not overwritten by the child theme.

    So thats why I have to make a function in my child theme which includes the /inc folder.

    I would like to learn how to make a functions.php in a child theme which calls the /inc folder to overwrite the parent one.

    May I ask why there is a form included in the code? I made my own search form, so it has nothing to do with the in-build search function. ??

    I just woud like to use the modified extras.php file to work in my child theme.
