I realized this issue was caused by using the restrict websites can load your SalesIQ code. If you enable this feature then you must add the full URL to the configuration in the SalesIQ settings.

I will also note that although my URL was saved you must check to make sure it is not cut-off/shorten or otherwise truncated. My URL was truncated by the plugin and I had to add the full URL to the database table directly.

I searched and found the setting on the wp_options table under ‘ldwidgetcodeurl’, I hope this helps anyone with the same issue.

This is a known issue now. The current fix is to deactivate and install the older version till this current version has a new fix released.

There are a few people that have this same issue including. It is easier to manual deactivate the plugin and if you have a copy of the older version then you can install that over the update until the developer releases a fix.

I was already able to resolve my issue by removing the merged plugins.

The patch does not fix my issue. My issue is specific to the WooCommerce plugin addon. I was able to resolve the issue after installing the patch and uninstalling all the other addons. This did not affect my site because all the products have been merged into a single product.

I will note that the upgrade did not automatically remove or disable the other product as described in the plugin description.

The option you are referring to requires users to complete payment from Stripe.com and not my site. I do not wish to use that functionally in that way as it would display two Stripe payment options rather than one.

It appears that I can change the Affirm image color in the newest version of the application. I am updating my custom CSS to allow the display of the alternate color of the Affirm logo and attempting to customize only the color of the promotion text when displayed to contrast with the site design to resolve this issue. There should be an option to change or customize the color of the promotional text too in the actual plugin. Please consider this a feature request and I will update the thread if this fixes my issue.

After reviewing the issue that I am having is there is no option to change the color of the product promotions text and Affirm logo image. The site uses a white background that does not display the Affirm promotional message property. The logo is loaded from the Affirm site so I do not have the option to use an alternate version of the logo with a color that contrasts with the site.

We customized the CSS to resolve this issue but that causes a black box to appear when the non-eligible products are displayed because to Affirm information is displayed. I could disable or remove the custom CSS that create the box to allow proper color contrast with the site but it will no properly display the text and logo as the color of the default text and logo are too close to the site’s background colors.

I have the same issue that @orion1s had, which I am not able to use block editor on my installation and I have had classic enable. Is there another ticket with a fix on this issue? It does not make sense to close a ticket for an issue that is still an issue.

However, my site uses the Divi theme by Elegant Themes and I found a setting in that theme that allows you to disable the block editor. I was able to turn on the editor make the required changes and turn it off after creating the necessary code to insert the block in my site.

I was notified on GitHub this issue was resolved with update 9.0.9

I got the same issue. The site returns an internal server error. After disabling the plugin the site work without issue and processed a test charge.

I will provide as much information on GitHub as I can to help other users but with all details, I can provide at this time since I am no longer using any instances of the application.

Noting the fact this issue broke all the installations that were updated on my host. So, as a result, I had to resolve this issue immediately before both myself and my clients running stores with the application lost even more sales waiting to have the issue resolved.

This was the more viable option since most of the clients have small stores or custom projects. Which makes importing and exporting easier.

Oddly, since it is very likely I am not the only person with the issue; it is just very frustrating and concerning that, no one else is openly reporting the same issue with the application, and as a result, nobody has resolved the issue.

I do miss the “Woo” though. ??

The latest version does now work properly with any secure stable version of PHP unless it is an older version of WooCommerce before the previous version was installed.
