– Disable shipping methods
– Enable shipping methods

I chose [Conditional Discount] on the side menu and created Discount rules.
Secondly, I set the [Subtotal – greater than or equal – 10000] rules on Selection Rules.

I would appreciate it if you tell me where these setting rules are.
