I currently use the latest version, 2.1.0, and connected the plugin using the new oAuth flow following the instructions. available here: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/10054-WordPress-Integration-with-Constant-Contact?lang=en_US

As I mentioned in my previous message, I enabled the debug log.

When I enabled debug log the error was recorded for the first time. After that, all form submissions just showed a success message, and no error was logged.

And we stand cannot see the contacts in our account.

I am not sure how to debug this further.

FYI: I disconnected and reconnected the account and still the contacts are not being added to our account.

We are still facing issues with the MySQL queries with the Yoast SEO plugin. You can see even with the latest version 15.1.1 installed, the system is running a “select *” query for all of the posts related to post type. https://d.pr/i/6Fpyc7

We have more than 130000 posts and so the query is preventing the admin page to load.

Do you have any update on when this will be fixed so should I remove the plugin for now?

Yes the site has been updated recently and all of the plugins are running w/ latest version and the WordPress also is running on 5.1.1 and all of the plugin requirements are met.

And yes, I also ran the indexing using the wp yoast index command.

We are also having the same issue with the -2 being added to the original post’s URL. Any updates on this issue?

Hi Josh,
You can find the callback URL under the plugin’s setting page “Mautic Redirect URI” which you also have to enter in your Mautic API credentials page. Make sure to also delete the content of the /app/cache/ folder otherwise you might get the form results from the Mautic.

The plugin code has been updated to support the latest version of Ninja Forms and we have performed the tests with Ninja Forms v3.0 as well. You should be all set. Please try once.

We looked into the issue and found that the new Mautic version has some problem connecting with oAuth1 but if works correctly with oAuth2. We are working on this and release the fix for the issue soon, in the meantime, you can just change the oAuth1 to oAuth2 and the plugin will work with the latest Mautic (2.1.1) upgrade as well.

We will consider this request in the future versions but for now, we think it’s better to keep the settings panel under the plugin menu same as the other various plugins do it like Yoast SEO etc.

This issue was related to the Base URL field, which was causing the problem in the case of the field having the trailing slash. The issue has been resolved.
