Here are our settings:
PHP Version: 8.2.14
WordPress Version: 6.4.3
Plugin Version: 15.2
Current Theme: Avada
Application Used: Own Application

This is the message we get: 400 invalid_request – Missing required parameter

I also had to click the button ([CLICK HERE TO CONNECT WITH MY GOTOWEBINAR APPLICATION]) last week to get the webinars to reshow up and unbeknownst to us, it went back off line like a day later after I had clicked the button. Thank you!

Maybe I am misunderstanding. I created the forms in WordPress via the plug-in and linked our Salesforce ID to it. I am using the shortcode: [salesforce form=”#”] on our page and letting the plug-in do the rest of the work. Is this something different? and is there a way to close the API so that they do not bypass the plug-in/form?
I will double check about the emails, as they do not come to me. Thank you for your reply.

@mordekai – How do you know which version of recaptcha you are using? I only see the 2 options in Brilliant Web-to-Lead for Salesforce of the Captcha type:

1. Built in
2. Google ReCaptcha

If a single name field is not supported, does that mean it has to be “last_name” and “first_name” for the data to pass to Salesforce? Can I create one called “referred_name” ? Just trying to understand.

Is there a tutorial for the formatting for Salesforce?

When logged into WordPress and on our page, we have the message: Thanks for using WP GoToWebinar. The shortcode has been implemented correctly. This page is required if you wish to display GoToWebinar registration forms on your own website. However this page requires a parameter at the end of the URL when accessed so the page knows what registration form to display for a given webinar. So on your upcoming webinars display when you click on a register link it will go to this page and send a parameter to it so that page knows what registration form to display. So if you were expecting a form here don’t worry everything is working fine.

So it appears it is all working fine. But when I am logged out as admin for our site, none of the webinars show up. Also within GoToWebinar, it says our app is approved. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Sorry, the version of reCAPTCHA we installed was v2 NOT v3. Hope this clarifies. Thank you.

I do not know where the trunk came from. I thought it was from the installation of the plug in. Should I delete them?

Also, do not know what that means about directory indexing enabled. How do I turn that off? Thanks.
