The first option didn’t work but the second did.
“Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”

I’ve 2 sites, removed an ad on both but one site isn’t working. Can’t delete the ad or mark it inactive.

I’m having the same issue when I’m logged in products are not added to the shopping card but do when I’m logged out? I haven’t updated jigoshop from Version 1.13.3 as nearly every time I do, I have issues. If it’s not broken don’t fix it.

I was testing the checkout fields magazine on our test site and it was causing issues, I deleted it and reinstalled it and its working fine now.

I can’t install it on the live site as our Jigoshop is only 12.1 which is not supported. I was waiting for you to see if you could solve the issue with the site going white after updating to version 12.3

I can’t wait any longer so I’m going to update the site again this morning to see if it was just a glitch as its working fine on the test site.
