Hi @tylerdinsmoor,
Thanks for your reply. We will investigate further. Can you share your access logs with us? [email protected].
We have only one entry to the site to update the tracking number/shipping label. That’s also fully sanitized.
And everywhere we are using ABSPATH to avoid the direct access of files.
if ( ! defined( ‘ABSPATH’ ) ) {
exit; // Exit if accessed directly.
}Please provide the access log to [email protected]. If it happens from our plugin means, We can fix it.
Because we can easily find this.
Just before lock360.php appeared the very first time in the access logs, two POST requests will happen. The first POST was likely used to upload the lock360.php file, and the second POST was to launch the process using the PHP command.
So if you provide the logs, We can investigate, Which files they did the post-call before lock360.php is called the very first time.
Hope you understand.
Hi,
please email to [email protected]
I think, Our plugin does not create the lock360.php.
lock360.php basically, creates a .htaccess file in each folder to access files. We are not providing any back entry in our plugin. And we keep updating our plugin.
Please find out how it’s created. Maybe you found this issue once you installed our plugin & it’s maybe already there.
Once we received your malware command. We installed it on our 3 live servers and tested it. The file you mentioned is not created.
We have one input entry to update the shipping labels to the site. But that’s also fully sanitized & has validation checks.
We are happy to help you all time. You can contact us via [email protected]
Hi @jordenlch
We hardcoded this service. If you need we can make this an option while creating the label.
Please email us [email protected] & explain how these services are used.
