In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-M] Costumizer issueDear Salilou,
Sorry for not being able to answer you on time.
On your question: The plugin is created only for usage through WP Widgets page. It has been tested on the standard pages (Classic and Twenty Ten to Twenty Sixteen). Obviously the theme you use is incompatible with the plugin in terms of loading Customize page.
Unfortunately I can’t help you with such type of problems.
Nevertheless in case the plugin works you can skip Customize page, because all options there can be set via options in Dashboard menu.Regards,

In reply to: [ShareThis: Free Sharing Buttons and Tools] Height of some buttons differsThe problem still persists in version 7.7.
Thank you Brandon. Now it’s OK.

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-M] Can other users post tags in my cloud?Hi Fabian,
Any word that you specify as a tag under your posts will appear into the cloud (Post tags content). This is the standard way blog words go there. You and/or your visitors can add words into the cloud in two more ways:
1. Any link, which is put in the comments, can become a tag by adding an widget instance on the comments page and including Page/Post Links type of content in it. The plugin will get all links from that page and rotate them as tags.
2. If your site/wp theme allows visitors to add important words by saving them on the server into data base, then your PHP code may extract them from that data base (during loading a page) and puts them in a specific HTML div container. Then if you add the ID of that div container into the field “Custom Container ID” (Page/Post Links Cloud section) you will get the desired result. The same can be organized for searches if your php code creates data base of the searched words.Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Cloud stops working when using the browser back buttonHi Michele,
I just tested your site through IE, Firefox and Chrome. The cloud works as usual even after usage of browser’s Back button. May be the problem is in the settings of your browser.

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Tags invisible on mobile devicesHi,
Just to note for the record Graham’s answer:
“I installed Firefox on my Kindle Fire and tried the site out, and it appeared to work properly. The cloud on the site doesn’t use anything that would make it obvious that text optimization wasn’t working though.”

I can’t send you screenshots because the email address you gave me is rejected by your server:“Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain nextendweb.com by aspmx.l.google.com. [2a00:1450:400c:c0b::1b].
The error that the other server returned was:

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Responsive canvasHi mc64,
thanks for making it responsive, but sadly it doesn’t work in my case an it breaks my position. In the last version (5.1) I just added style=”width:50%;” to the canvas div (line 129 in 3D.WP.Tag.Cloud.S.php) which worked perfectly.
Could you please explain your case in details? Meanwhile you can open js/s.functions.js and look at lines 9-11. This is the place where canvas size of mobile devices is determined. You can change things in a way that suits you.
Another thing is that the cloud uses 100% of one core while open, is it expected?
Sorry, I did not get you. May be because here is 3 in the morning. ?? Once again?

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Tags invisible on mobile devicesHi!
Most probably this issue is not connected to the plugin. It seems is caused by TagCanvas JS Class, which is the engine of 3D WP Tag Cloud. I’ll discuss the case with Graham Breach (the author of TagCanvas).

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] font size for Text Center FunctionHi mc64,
I’ve just uploaded version 5.2.1 where range of font sizes is extended as per your suggestion: 60 for Center Function, and 36 for the tags.

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] What happens when there are more than 120 tags?Hi Anna,
Frankly I don’t know how wp_tag_cloud() function works. My advice to you is to limit tags to 5 only, then you can easily see if they are newest or not. In the next coming version Ill add 0 as number value, which will load all tags.

Peter

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Ligh font availableHi Anna,
The reason for not having Google Fonts listed could be an old PHP or/and PECL json version on your server. You need PHP >= 5.2.0 and PECL json >= 1.2.0. Can you please check? If you don’t know how, ask your hosting provider.

In reply to: [3D WP Tag Cloud-S] Ligh font availableHi agrau,
Plugin allows you to select any font from Google Fonts Library (733 fonts at the moment) in FONTS section. Quite many of them are thin (like Poiret One) so you can find the one that best suits you. Here is the link to Google Fonts:
Among Web Safe Fonts, which are also available in the FONTS section of the plugin, also can be found a thin – Century Gothic. Here is a link to page with Web Safe Fonts for your reference:
