Well you should let them know that in the upload process in your wordpress, (don’t start with the plugin or a (maybe) lazy support *might* try to blow you off claiming this is plugin related), you get an error related to losing session ended, simply quote the same error you have provided here.

They should test to see if something in the ini of the hosting might be misconfigured.
This could also be the wp-config file of wordpress having some misconfiguration such as 2mb max upload file size for example.

On the plugin side the only issue that might occur is if file is above 10MB which should not be the case for most fonts.

to be honest I suspect it has something to do with your hosting configuration.
Might be php execution time related or something similar, nothing with the plugin itself should generate it.

Let me try and understand the full picture here,
You are trying to set different H(eader) elements with different fonts, but on the select menu for each H you cannot find the new google fonts you have added via the plugin itself?

Atleast that is what I got from the first part.
From the second part/passage it seems like you expect to see a new font, named Galdeano instead of Boobaloo which is what you seems to see atm.

What I see in your website as a new user with no cache whatsoever on your website, is that the H1 header in the URL you have provided us actually gets the Galldeano font, which seems to be the result you expect.

This is a strange issue, sadly i cannot find the issue you are referring.
This can also be a conflict of plugins or a plugin you are using is breaking our settings page.
Can you please provide WordPress version and plugin version used? that way we can try and find the problem. Also try disable any recent plugins you may have activated that may caused the issue.

Fallback font is indeed an important matter that mostly overlooked. We do plan on adding a fallback font, but currently the feature is holding because of design issues.

There is an option in the plugin to add a custom css (under “Advanced”), where you can always set custom font-family with a fallback font.

We accept all reviews for they reflect the users satisfaction from our plugin.
By that, we will do our best to add fallback font option to our plugin as fast as we can.

This seems to be a problem with ttf support in IE 11 browser.
I would try instead woff/otf, woff prefered.
