In reply to: [Font Organizer] Error uploading the fileHello,
There is an open bug in WordPress 4.7.1/4.7.2
(https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/39550) that blocks upload for
non-image files. This bug will be fixed in version 4.7.3, and until then you
may use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-real-mime-check/.
Installing this plugin workaround the bug and after version 4.7.3 you should be able to
remove it.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Font Organizer] Issues Uploading Custom Font in firefoxHello @sabitasahoo.
Sorry for the long waiting, we had some busy days.I have tested your font on local and live servers and it seems to be working without any errors on all browsers.
After some investigations it seems like this error comes from wrong font path. If you are still having this issues, please consider removing the font via step 5 (manage fonts) and re-uploading it.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.Hello @msephton.
This is very helpfull, in order to reproduce it could you please let us know what fonts were you uploading and provide us with a link so we can test it.Thank you for your help and sorry for the inconvenience.
Well,
Unlike other bugs this one only happens on rare ocassions and is extremely hard to replicate under normal conditions, so it takes us a bit more time to solve it.
(Also it does not have any actual affect on the function of the plugin)
We asked you in order to collect data about it, hopefully we will be able to solve it for the next version of the plugin. We are extremely sorry if that has been an inconvenience to you.
Best regards.
Hello could you let us know if that error keeps repeating?

In reply to: [Font Organizer] Issues Uploading Custom Font in firefoxHello,
You might want to convert the font to .woff format using https://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator
That should solve your problem.
Let us know if that works for you.

In reply to: [Font Organizer] Jetpack Genericons unavailableHello Rob,
Do you have the same issues when applying font via our plugin with non-important mode? (the checkboxes in section 3 of the plugin settings page)

In reply to: [Font Organizer] change menu fontHello,
Normaly menu is presented by links, which means assigning font to the

element should change your menu font, but that depends on how your theme/plugin is built. If that does not work you may also try the

element.
Let us know if that worked for you!==
You may do so by first upload the font from your computer or choose from the google fonts available.
Then proceed to section 3 in the plugin settings page and simply choose the font you want in the drop down menu.- This reply was modified 8 years ago by hivewebstudios.
