We have the same problem, the pixel even though it registers the visits, it stopped synchronizing the products in the catalog, it indicates the same problems that Oliver has on his site, it also adds other configuration of the Google category. I already checked all the configuration and permissions, I also generated visits to the site with a mailing to our subscribers, but still the catalog load is not generated.
