Would you mind creating a custom field form in the demo site to let me know how to setup the paragraph with line breaks? I have tested on the demo site but it still taking away <br/> tag and shows the 2 lines into 1 line.

I typed in the paragraph field with “line1<br/>line2” but still not showing with line breaks.

When I tried to use <p> and <br/> tag in paragraph field, it turned back to 1 line after I save the form. May I know if it is the bug or I should use other tag for line break>

I found out that the YITH options are randomly shown in Cart. Sometimes the option with price increased will not display in Cart as well.

Please advise if this is a bug or what setup can ensure that the YITH options will always been displayed in Cart page.

We are using Version 1.4.7 for Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer.

When I try to click “Email Type and Text” tab on the menu in left side of the screen, it does not display the screen for me to update the wordings. I finally found out that there is an error message added to the background console. The error message is as following.

This issue is solved in the new release after I disable and enable back the “Show options in cart page”. Thank you.

I finally found out that only admin users will be redirect to preview mode thank you page. Customer will redirect back to home page if not passing correct order name and key value in URL.

We are glad to hear that the issue will be fixed in next version of PPOM. PPOM really fulfills our requirements and it will be great if our only issue is fixed.

May I know when the next version will be released since we are scheduling the date to launch our ordering site and need to decide if using PPOM for our site.
