Thanks for your reply. I have no JS file optimization plugin. I disabled my plugins and no popup. I use Woocart hosting so I asked support @ woocart. They checked it out and it looks not to be a woocart issue because they found the js file is loaded but the add-to-cart event does not open the popup. I have screenshots of this with code.
