Hi UM Support and @kpimarketing,

Checked the pages in the menu and unchecked UM limit access and it seems to work, site shows main menu items again. Will keep you advised when anything changes.

@um support: did you see my other thread re. uploading profile photo’s?

Thanks for your reply. My rresponse in bullets:

1) Note that this issue occurred only after updating to UM version 2.0.17, before that UM worked with this theme (presscustomizr). Note that we tested with a different theme (Twenty Seventeen) and this problem still exists.

2) With Twenty Seventeen as a theme we also ran a test with all plugins off. This problem still exists.

3) All menu items are set to ‘everyone’ except for the item ‘login’ that can only be seen by everyone when not logged in.

Lastly: as long we don’t update UM works. Except for the profile photo upload, by the way.

Hi guys,

Does anyone have the solution to this akward alignment of the Title text in Media?

Does anyone know how this happened? Is it WP or Customizr?

How do I correct it and prevent it from happening again?

The title text of all images in the slider (in Indonesian) are centered but need to be aligned left by default.

I do not even know how this happened, nor where or how to correct this.

I don’t know what I did differently but I activited the child theme and it works. You’re the best. Thanks!

So I did what you said:

/public_html/wp-content/themes/child/functions.php

But no child theme to activate. Would this theme actually be called child? Or do I need to ‘re-activate’ customizr?

Path is:
/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/child/functions.php

I downloaded the child theme from the customizr website and saved it in a new folder that I named ‘child’ in the customizr theme folder which is in the wp content folder.
