Just one noitce: I use an individual site for my Data policy and your explanation about smush only comes up if you use the wp-data-policy site.
So it would be gerat, if you could provide the text elsewhere to copy for users who also don’t use the wp-site ??

Could that be SNAP trying to republish old post with still some Deliciuos-Code in it?
In the error-message the wp-cron.php & class-wp-hook.php is metioned too…

So what ca I do?
What “old” file could this be?

Maybe just remove the plugin via FTP, download the current version an upload it via FTP?
I don’t want to loose all the settings I made…

I also use the NextScripts: SNAP Pro Upgrade Helper (Version 1.5.5), just if that could be the problem.

Oh My God!!!!
I just found out, that I have 2 versions of my database and in the new one no IPs are left an everything seems working perfectly!

Sorry sorry sorry – I always looked into the OLD version of the databases….
Of course I couldn’t find anything from your plugin.

I’m really really sorry for my mistake and the work I caused you – shame on me, for not noticing this!

Only one question left: there are cron-events for remove_ip I can’t find the comments related to them, why is this happening?

Sorry to say, but still nothing happened.

I now see hundreds of cron-events scheduled for in about 8 weeks but still all the old comment-ips in the datatable…

One step closer to a solution I think!

I used the delete-Code like you explained and now I see lots of cron-events scheduled in 6 hours from now on by remove-ip-plugin.
I hope they will do their job ??

I found no errors from the plugin in my error-logs by the way.
But how do I use the first code you postet above?
Where do I put it? Also in the functions.php?

I don’t have the line remove_comment_ips_firstrun in my options-database-table…
And I do use the latest WP Version.

What else can I do, to get the plugin to work?
