In reply to: [Mesmerize Companion] Customizer Never Loads After WordPress Update 5.5As far as I can tell, there are no additional updates to the theme I’m using. I am on the Mesmerize Companion plugin 1.6.112 and the Highlight PRO theme 1.1.31, which seem to be the latest versions.
I do have a notification that says “Please activate your Highlight PRO license to receive continued updates and support”. Based on what I’ve researched, using Highlight PRO seems to be a paid service. Is it possible that the entire Customizer is stuck in loading because the paid service has expired? It seems a bit weird to me that there is no warning saying I will no longer be able to continue editing any pages if that is the case.
Sorry I am relatively new to WordPress and I just recently inherited the site from my org, so I have no idea what was completed before me. Appreciate the help!

Was troubleshooting all day trying to deactivate/activate plugins but nothing seemed to do the trick, now I guess I know why…I’m also new to WordPress so I had no idea what was going on
@zetapro How did you rollback to the previous version? Did you use the WP Downgrade plugin?
