Found the issue. Since I had changed the language of my WP, the radio buttons arrangement are messed up. So actually “Enabled” is selected.

I worked with the settings a little bit and see it’s playing now. “Playback” was enabled, disabled it and sliding is autoplaying. Shouldn’t it be opposite?

Thanks Tom for the support. However, this doesn’t solve the issue and I see a blank space when putting this into my site. Also I see the sliding partially working on my iphone. The image dimensions are not correctly aligned there.

I moved it into my index.php code as a shortcode and it worked correctly. It was originally in a post.

It looks like field “URL where your chat is installed” is not correctly set in my admin dashboard. Which location should this be? the location where my plugin is installed is https://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-mibew. but it’s looking for client.php which is not available there.

Could someone please clarify if it’s still needed that the original scripts be copied to a given location too (e.g., https://mydomain.com/chat)?

the plugin works great but my theme may not. the plugin looks customizable and simple thus I like to have it working on my site. that’s why I’m asking for help while spending some time to find the incompatibility. also I don’t see any error/warning/notice though, otherwise I would have let you know earlier.

If I understood correctly, you are suggesting that a custom style can be added to my own style.css. but I need to add same styles being used by the plugin which is not an easy task though. also adding sac.css to my theme’s style did no progress.

anyway it looks like the plugin can’t find/doesn’t read the styles which are defined in sac.css.

The option is enabled and Custom CSS styles shows some styles. I assume it should read /resources/sac.css if not enabled. But tried both and none worked out. I alternatively copied the contents of sac.css into my style.css and disabled option, but still no success.

Can you explain a little more what you are exactly looking for?

okay, I was expecting to see a text field for the the customer to leave a review comment. now is clear that this plugin doesn’t support such a possibility but provides the rating. thanks anyway.

Anyone need this. Here is the solution.

The only way to change the text: “Click here to submit your review” is through DB. Login to your phpmyadmin – search for exact: Click here to submit your review – and change it.
Will work!

Need to “Disable the plugin for all existing posts” in the plugin’s settings first.
