Thanks for your help and efforts, I’m going to find an alternative plugin to do what I need, this is just getting a bit frustrating… Jetpack is the only app that I’m having issues with.

The dashboard stats are appearing but now I can’t access any media or upload any images from the WordPress app.

When I try to refresh the media files it comes up as “the response from jetpack could not be verified”

Just updated to the latest version of jetpack and the WordPress app won’t let me upload images again.

Ok just a quick update, surprisingly when I log into wp-admin, when I access the jetpack dashboard the site stats done appear and I receive an error saying “jetpack dashboard was unable to communicate with your website.”

But the site stats posted for jetpack works fine…

Looks like what you did has worked, I can upload images with the WP app and the media library refreshes now.

To answer yournotherbq, this was only happening through the WordPress app.

Thanks heaps! I’ll get that installed and done now. Could this potentially be done for images I’ve deleted too? Would be handy to know if the function is available.

EDIT: Please ignore, found the option to edit the image names under the album option.
