I’m sorry for this very late reply, I didn’t see the notification. Yes we are using WooCommerce. Actually I do now see an error message: “please enter an email address”. I have just updated all the plugins, including a major one for WC, but still have the issue. So WP thinks there is no email address in the contact info section, when there is.

Thanks, but I am really looking for user experience not technical support. Knowing what works it one thing, what works best for a particular situation is another.

Thanks – yes that answers my question, but that’s a very odd name for that function. Preview normally means looking at something before committing to it, not after.
