I’m new too. I’m having this same problem and it’s driving me CRAZY! Did you figure out how to fix? Does ANYBODY know how to fix this problem? If so, is there ANY way you could tell me what the problem is? Please let me know. Thanks in advance, I don’t know where to go with this!
