First, this is not forum for product you talk about. You talk about paid version but ok we will respond here.

We did respond to your support request, just to you site email that has sent us a message instead to your personal email address. We also did appologise for that (aldougth it is common that person reads all his inboxes) and explain that but you proceeded in wirting this forum post.

Also, we can not even see your site – probably you blocked all IPs that are not from your country. Having such setup should obligate you not to rush in throwing rocks at as so soon as this.

Anyway, since you attitude is like this we assume you would not like our product (one you talk about) even if we resolve activation problem for you – therefore we assume we can porceed to refund and that is what I will do now.

NOTE: the solution is NOT TO CANCEL the payment if the card vault is not saved. So consider if that is ok for you. ALSO IF the Plugin team is reading this: please add a checkbox option “Accept subscription payments even if card vault is not saved by PayPal” for this so we don’t have to change the code. Most merchants are ok with this because they can just cancel the subscription service to the customer if the customer does not settle their payment on the next billing time.

This is marked as resolved but it is not giving a SOLUTION. Payments are still canceled and people lose money. – If you activated custom import you have to watch about how columns are placed in your file. They have to match order set in custom import configuration

why do you need tab opened overnight?

Browsers clear memory when they are idle so it is not memory leak its browser that explicitly takes memory from tab.

Yes you can import/export CSV, if you take package with muti-import add-on there is option to also use XLSX and ODT.

Free variant you can find here can edit price and stock level for products and variations. Full version can edit everything even a filed used by other plugins.

run Options-> Trigger update actions on visible items

If you have multiple pages of products do this for each page.
(You have to wait a while for this to complete on each page like 10-15s)

In settings there is also option
“Trigger woo actions hooks” that does same thing while doing online edits. First option is required after import (if other plugins await for update triggers)

that error indicated something else broke the scripts. Probably you can find plugin that causes this conflict by using method of elimination by disabling one by one until you see our plugin works normally. We can take I look. That requires you send us login details directly over our support email.

if you are talking about a free versions then the process is standard as for any WP plugin you get from the WordPress plugins repository – you click on the update in WP dashboard.

For full versions, once there is newer version (last in this moment is 2.1.67) than one you use currently you would get a link in the top-right corner of the app itself. Clicking on it downloads the plugin zip. Process of the replacement is to remove the current version and then install the new plugin zip. All settings will remain in the place.
