Always a good feeling to launch the first site,

Just went through your blog, and here is a quick feedback.

    1) Your home page is seriously long, i doubt very much that anyone will scroll to the bottom. However, the images are properly optimized, so your loading speed was still quick.

    2) Linking the images to the image location, does not really help. Try linking it to the pages where the image can be found.
For example, instead of linking your image to:
    /wp-content/uploads/2012/02/Vespa.jpg
    try linking it to:
    /products-page/svet/vespa/

    3) I can’t read the language on your blog, so i still do not really have any idea, about what the site is about.

But, i still, can’t fail to recognize the quality. Your theme is excellent, and that is one excellent logo on the top. Overall, everything is great, keep it updated,
    cheers,

Just one suggestion, try to optimize your images, before you upload them. Re-sizing them on the browsers will slow up your site loading time.

Whatever resolution you are planning to display the images on the site, make sure the actual image that you are uploading is of the same size.

This support forum is basically for self hosted www.ads-software.com blogs. Your blog seems like a hosted one.

How much control you have over the blog? have you installed that blog, or your free host have provided it.

Also, why don’t you buy a domain and a hosting and install wordpress and make a blog?

Nice blog, loads of quality content already.
anyways, here are a few things you can improve on:

    1) Your theme is clear and simple, but it will require some customizations. Atleast get a custom header with a decent logo. In the long run, try to get a premium theme, it will improve the looks.

    2) Use feedburner – i see that you are still using the default wordpress feeds. Try feedburner and you will see the difference.

    3) You have good content on your blog, but the presentation can still be better. Add some list based posts, make some headings etc.

    keep it updated,
    cheers,

ah, another make money online blog?

anyway, it is a decent start you have got, you have selected a theme, added some content and your blog is running nicely. However, this is just the start and if you want to make your blog better, you have a long way to go.

here are a few quick things you can work on,

    1) Add some categories, atleast rename this one to something better – uncategorized,

    2) Get a logo, something custom and brandable. It is important for this kind of a blog, as the competition out there is way too much.

    3) Format your content – Your articles are pretty simple. They need some headings and lists. Also, try adding more images if possible.

    4) use social media, some social voting buttons to start with.

keep writing and updating your blog,
    cheers,

    @girishbm,
give read/write/execute permission to your .htaccess file

then, enter you wordpress admin panel, navigate to – settings/permalinks

under permalinks, use a friendly link structure…

this is basically simple, but if for some reasons, this is not working, contact your web-host and tell them to fix it. If they don’t fix it, you can always change your host and get a better webhost…

    cheers,

    Firstly, congrats for getting wordpress.

Yes, your design is boring, but here is how to improve on it.

    1) Find a good looking theme, there are so many premium, magazine style, shinny and professional looking themes around, just search for it.

    2) Good to know that you had relied on content, rather than graphics. This is good, now you have great content on your blog, it is time to present it in a more better way.

    Take this article for example:
    underwriting-commercial-real-estate-construction-loans.php

It is a full page of content, but it is still difficult to read. Write short paragraphs, 2 to 3 lines at most. Break it down into sub-heads and points. Make some back-quotes, add some images from Flickr, creative commons.

Make it more friendly, so that readers find it more engaging.

    3) Customize it, add a logo and a header on the top. Improve your brand.

Now, coming back to the notepad thing, yes i can understand how difficult it had been. But now things are different and you have an easily update-able blog.

overall, you have a good blog,
    keep it updated,
    cheers,

    hi,
This is a self-hosted www.ads-software.com installation, the .com forum won’t be accepting this.

But forget that, this community is much bigger. Am sure you will find this community, much more engaging,

Just went through your blog and it seems good. You have chosen a pretty simple and clean theme. However, you can still work on the following points:

    1) Site loading – your site loading time is quite a lot, but that is mainly due to the images. For example this image:
    /wp-content/uploads/2012/02/dsc_00741.jpg
    3,411px × 2,468px (scaled to 750px × 543px)

re-size them off line, before uploading them.

    2) Having images is good, but would suggest you to write as well, write long articles explaining the places and the images. Also, some of the articles where you do have a lot of content, is pretty much straight foreword. Try to break long articles into various parts, like sub-headings, and list-based posts etc.

It will be easy to read, that way…

overall, your blog is excellent, keep it updated,
    cheers,

My sound is always turned off, but do as the above poster said. An auto-playing sound is really disturbing,

Just went through your blog, it seems fairly populated. Good to see your focus on Facebook, the more you have influence on the social web, the more your brand will become popular.

from what i see, it seems like a chat site. I do not know the language that is used on your blog, so can’t read anything though. But from what i can understand, your ads are well blended and optimized and there is a fair bit of customization done.

    overall it is great,
    cheers,

Just went through your blog and it seem to be fairly nice,

here are a few quick things you can work on:

    1) Improve your about page, add some more content.

    2) Get a logo, something brandable and custom.

    3) Use feedburner – i see that you are using the default feeds, would suggest you to use feedburner.

    4) Add social media – your content is good, so if you use social voting buttons for your blog posts, you will receive more traffic and sharing on the social web.

    5) Your images are not seo friendly, try using the alt attribute and use more targeted file names for the images. Helps in your image seo.

overall, your blog is good, keep it updated,
    cheers,

@adulthappy, for images try flickr. Search for creative commons images, and use them with proper attribution and you should be ok.

Overall, you have got good content on your blog, it is a good start. However, your blog will require a lot of work to improve on, start with finding a good custom header.

    cheers,

    Is it running on wordpress?

anyway, there is nothing much to say, you don’t have any articles or posts on your site. It is usually a better idea to make an updated blog on your site, so that people can know more about what is going on with your business…

just one thing though, if you can slow-down the slider images’s rotation speed, it will be better, as the images are taking a lot of time to load…

    cheers,

In reply to: tag not working

Have you made any changes to your blog before you started to notice this problem, like any added or updated plugins, change of theme etc.

also, let us know your blog’s link,

    looking foreword to your reply,

Nice domain name and a good custom header on the top. But apart from that, there is nothing much on your site… it is pretty much empty,

Would suggest you to start writing, try to promote it a bit as well. Make it populated.

    cheers,

It will automatically come, just make some categories, then make a few blog posts on each category and you will see those category pages filled with posts.

Also, when you make categories, make sure to write something in its description and that too will appear on that page…

You don’t have any posts, so your category pages are empty…
    cheers,
