In reply to: [Easy MLS Listings Import] multiple MLS on one WordPress site? Thanks for the clarification, Robert. You are correct. Each MLS would have to be displayed separately using 2 shortcodes generated by the plugin.
As much as we would love having you use our plugin, we may not be a perfect fit for your needs. To keep setup simple, we have limited customization options available and like with My IDX Home Search, individual listings open in a new tab when the user clicks on them. You can see how listings will display on this page: https://about.homeasap.com/wordpress/easy-mls-listings-import.

In reply to: [Easy MLS Listings Import] multiple MLS on one WordPress site?Easy MLS Listings Import can only display an agent’s own listings for free due to the rules of most MLSes, so the would first have to be a member of multiple MLSes to display listings from multiple MLSes for free.
Due to the set up of our back end, the listings from each MLS would also have to be displayed separately by setting up a Real Estate Agent Directory for each MLS the agent belongs to.
However, it is possible to display listings from other agents in multiple MLSes in one single display using our sister app, My IDX Home Search. There are some fees associated with this service, but our solution tends to be far more affordable than similar products. If you would like more information, you can visit our website at homeasap.com.

In reply to: [My IDX Home Search] Technology used to query MLSWe have built-in integrations with over 200 MLS organizations in the US, and so a variety of underlying technologies power the IDX feeds depending on how the MLS sets up their API (Grid, Trestle, etc.). All data used by My IDX Home Search comes directly from the MLS for use by MLS members and is never syndicated.
All listing data is stored on the servers of our parent company, Home ASAP, and this data is refreshed every 15 minutes. This allows your site to save bandwidth and storage while delivering fast and accurate listing information to visitors.

In reply to: [My IDX Home Search] Potential New Client QuestionsHi Quenzel,
We apologize for the delay in responding. Here are the answers to your questions.Q1: Search results are displayed in either a map with a sidebar showing specific listings or a grid. The number of columns in the grid will depend on the width of the user’s screen. We do not current support customization of the search results page.
If you are looking to simply display office listings, we suggest using the Easy MLS Listings Import app.
Q2: You can use unlimited search bars.
Q3: I apologize but the image you sent seems to be cut off. Please email us this question at [email protected], and we should be able to assist you with this question.
Q4: This plugin is designed to handle the MLS search functionality only. However, we do have a free plugin designed to display an agent’s or offices listings called Easy MLS Listings Import. Unfortunately, sold data is not currently available to display, but we are considering adding that data in the future.
Q5: This is possible to do by creating a link with the predefined criteria set in a query string in the URL. The simplest way to generate this is to:
- Do a search the agent’s IDX Home Search landing page. This will usually be homeasap.com/<user name here>.
- Set any desired filters such as price or amenities.
- Copy the URL of the search results page from the address bar.
- Link the target text or images to the URL you copied in the previous step.
Q6: This plugin is designed to work with any theme including Avada.
We hope these answers were helpful. Good luck with your site build!
