I have the same issue as the original poster. I don’t find the url suggested adds anything to help me.

I think it’s important to note that the url is:
https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authorize?oauth_token=2
{too short?}

So I’d suggest it’s missing some extra details for the token.

I’ve made sure the Callback url is present.
I’ve disabled all other Plugins and tried.
