I’ll post the updates when I have news.
They are assisting me through their premium ticket system.
@ckfam lucky you.. it’s a mix of both.. issues with core functions of their plugins and also with things like:
– How to make Initial Store Setup for new Vendors mandatory? When you have delivery plugin and using shipping by distance, if a vendor don’t fill his location in Initial Store Setup then shipping is not available for it’s products. (vendors can forget about configure that on demand).
– Another one, how to make vendor registration fields mandatory..

@wclovers I’m a paid customer and your are not answering our questions by premium-support form contact and neither here in the forum.
Also I don’t have FB account to join that Community and don’t need to do that to get premium support. You should manage your tickets using a better system so we can have better support.

I’m trying to achieve not to show time but date only. If it is what you need also, sure I’ll let you now about any news.

@ckfam that ticket system is not working at all.
It seems that they aren’t answering any thread/email. This is very bad for some of us that are currently running a business that depends on this plugin even after buying two or more premium ones.

Solved acquiring “WCFM Ultimate”. I had to disable shipping from section “settings” in Capabilities.
After that configured shipping globally in “Settings” menu and then activate “shipping” and “shipping by distance” in every vendors profile.

In order to achieve the expected behaviour I had to disable “delivery time” from capacity and then set the delivery times for each of the vendors so all of them get the defined global configuration for “delivery time” from settings.
Again don’t forget to activate “delivery time” for each vendor in the vendor section in store manager.I sent you a reply by premium support. I will paste here the solution when we got it.
