I also get this when i try and load an image:

Unable to create directory D:\inetpub\vhosts\hybrid-racing.com\httpdocs\blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Is there anyone you recommend who i can pay to fix these issues?

I am kind of a noob so if you could break it down a little more that would help greatly.

Yea I created a post there as well. Just waiting on a response.

I think it may have something to do with the fact that I have a set IP address.
