Your website won’t let me create an account. keeps throwing a cookie error (not happening on ANY other websites I create accounts on). Can you fix that bug.

Guys I emailed your team weeks ago. Replied to the email when you took my money….shouldn’t that email deserve a reply back? You might want to check your flow and make sure someone is replying within 24 hours to those emails. Even if it is to say I need to make a ticket. Even that would be good customer service. Off to create a ticket.

isn’t this a support ticket? lol. and does it really take you guys 2 weeks to reply to people with a support issue?

I dont see the other error/issues Erina was mentioned. does my homepage look ok to other folks?

and i think the bug with collab posts is the issue, as we did a lot of those recently. do you have an ETA when that will be fixed? would love to keep using your plugin, but that’s kinda rough since we do so many collab posts.

Hey Jordy, thanks for chiming in man. I have been trying for a week to get a scan to run and it doesn’t throw an error code, but tells me it just stops. I turned my settings to the absolute slowest, and the scan keeps stopping without an error code. Thanks for any insights, let me know if I can share more deets.

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I did (before I posted this question) deactivate ALL plugins at once, and see if that fixed the problem, and it did NOT fix it…the same click issue exists. Can you ask someone if it’s possible to make that entire DIV clickable, as that will cover both the text and if people want to click on the image.

Thank you so much for taking the time to test it. Glad it at least works for you. But we have reports from other users who is does NOT work for. And my wife and I are two of those folks it does not work for. I made a screen recording showing you it not working on my computer. Have a watch and let me know what you think the issue might be.

Also, I noticed on yours it was not treating the image as clickable…and I would imagine nearly every single blog owner and user of a website would want to click that big juicy image to take them to that blog (just like the images lower on the page do click through to the related blog post). So if you could tell me how to make the featured image clickable as well, that would be great!

Hey @barsha04 . Thanks for the reply. I deactivated ALL the plug-ins running on HoneyTrek.com and the featured slider on the homepage still wouldn’t click through (it used to work when clicking on the text of the image, which is how i want it to be).

Thank you so much for telling me which code to change where. FYI: I am using ThemeGrill ColorMag, but you can probably guess that one ??

In reader mode it does show the featured slider, it just breaks (aka doesn’t show the featured slider) when using the “Standard Template” which is the one Google recommends.

Can you guys come up with a fix so my featured slider code won’t get blocked by AMP restrictions (guessing related to JS, dunno)

We might have a language barrier here. Can you tell me exactly what you mean by “use native AMP layout”. I gave a screenshot, please tell me what to check/activate there.

Also, here’s another piece of the puzzle for you.

Inside the AMP WordPress Plugin, when I select the “Transitional Template” the featured slider shows fine on my site. However, when I select “Standard Template” (which is the one Google and the Plugin Author recommend for fully AMP sites…the featured slider does not work.
