I am having a similar problem with MailChimp Eero.

Here is my flow & code:

On this URL:
1. scroll down the page.
2. You will be shown the pop-up with the code below.
3. A new window will open with the “Almost finished…” message hosted on mail chimp servers.
4. Go back to the tab with pop-up and there is no success message (which i assume means the pop-up doesn’t know the user signed up, and hence not to show them the scroll pop-up ever gain.

TWO QUESTIONS:
– how can i get the “almost finished” page to show up inside the pop-up window so it doesnt throw the users to a new page, which isn’t a smooth experience?
– how can i tell the pop-up never to show again after user successfully submits their email?

Joe tell me about it. I still can not believe it….and i have spent literally WEEKS trying to fix this, and i still have hundreds of broken links on my site.
not to mention every embed and iframe on my site is also broken. WTF W3TC!!!!

have anyone heard of a way to fix all these broken links?

I just cleared my cache in all three browsers, and re-launched each browser, and I the slideshow is “exploding” beyond the theme width in IE & Firefox (showing images at the width that they have been uploaded for the past few years, 1000px wide). Chrome it is constained and images are sized down to fit (655px wide).

bump, we are also having this issue. and our HTACCESS is working for sure (as we re-write https://honeytrek.com -> https://www.honeytrek.com so i know it is working.

this is the error i am getting:

W3 Total Cache error: It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess
Unfortunately disk enhanced page caching will not function without custom rewrite rules. Please ask your server administrator for assistance. Also refer to the install page for the rules for your server.
Technical info
.htaccess file contains rules to rewrite url https://www.honeytrek.com/w3tc_rewrite_test into https://www.honeytrek.com/?w3tc_rewrite_test which, if handled by plugin, return “OK” message.
The plugin made a request to https://www.honeytrek.com/w3tc_rewrite_test but received:
Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
instead of “OK” response.
