I actually did not experience, that the orders would not be linked to the customer account. Although i have tested it many times, however, i will keep an eye on it.

In that case, i don’t actually like the functionality of the soft DOI. I don’t want to delete the inactive accounts.

The options you have described is not what i need exactly.
I don’t want to allow guest orders, i do however want to allow access for guests to checkout, where they can create an account.
I want customers to be able to register and have to confirm their account, but i don’t want for them to be automatically logged in.

I have actually solved all of these specifications, but the last code for allowing access to checkout started displaying the messages twice. Not sure why it’s displayed twice when i remove an action.
This is what i would need to solve if the default options do not conform to my specifications.

Sorry if this is a very specific case, but i would be very grateful if i could complete it with Germanized, as i use it for all the other Woocommerce optimizations.

If i deactivate the second option, the user can access the checkout, but also is automatically logged in and redirected to “my account” after registration.

I need a double optin for login (user remains not logged in after redirect & receives email with password), but for guest to access checkout.

Or do i have some plugin conflict, so Germanized does not work properly?
My code above solves my problem, but the error messages gets displayed twice.

i have multisite wordpress. on main domain mydomain.com ist the default english version, on mydomain.com/de/ is german vesion.
i want to redirect all visiters on their first visit to the site to the correct page.
in the theme files i have links to switch to the different language version – these could link to homepages, not concrete tralations of that particular page.
and i want to set up some caching – w3 total cache most preferably (but this part seems to crash all my tries to solve this somehow.

try to search it in your theme files.

right now i’m using custom structure for permalinks /%category%/%postname%/
and i want to change in post title, so the url dont change when moving post from one category to other

hi, so i get this error today again, so i tried to deactivate all of the plugins (than it was working) and then activating it one-by-one.
with this test i find out, that the editor is not loading after activated these three plugins: Private Messages For WordPress, SEO Facebook Comments, WP Smush.it

Are there some alternatives to them? Most of them i would need some alternative intern WordPress messaging system.

yeah i tried that, the problem is that the error doesn’t occurs all the time. so i deactivated all plugins and activated them one-by-one and i tought that i found the corrupt plugin, but then after time (with no changes made) editor wasn’t loaded again.
so i could not test this out accurately.
i remembered now that couple times it helped to delete all of the posts revisions, but that’s not really problem solving.
